LNG is purified by natural gas extracted from the geology, compressed and cooled to its boiling temperature, and then turned into liquid. Generally, liquefied natural gas is stored in a low-temperature storage tank at -161.5 degrees Celsius and about 0.1 MPa. Its main component is the same as methane, which is re-gasified when used. After being burned, LNG has very little air pollution and emits a lot of heat, so it is recognized as the cleanest fossil energy source on earth.

Nitrogen Gas and Methane Expansion Process Flow:
In this process, nitrogen gas and methane are combined and compressed. The compressed gas mixture is then cooled and passed through an expansion valve, causing a drop in pressure and expansion. The expanded gas mixture is then separated into its constituent parts, nitrogen gas, and methane.

Nitrogen Gas Expansion Process Flow:
In the nitrogen gas expansion process, pure nitrogen gas is compressed, cooled, and passed through an expansion valve, causing a drop in pressure and expansion. The expanded nitrogen gas is then available for use.

MRC Process Flow for LNG Production Equipment:
The MRC (Mixed Refrigerant Cycle) process is a technology used in LNG production equipment. The process involves the use of mixed refrigerants to liquefy natural gas. The natural gas is first treated to remove impurities and moisture before being compressed. The compressed gas is then cooled by the mixed refrigerant, causing it to liquefy. The liquefied natural gas is then collected and stored for transportation and use.
